Your Tasks
- Up for a new challenge? In our Transaction Services team, you’ll experience how global banking works from the inside. As part of product management, you’ll learn to balance client needs, regulatory requirements, operational scalability, and commercial performance to create products that keep international businesses running efficiently, securely, and across borders.
- You’ll start with the big picture and dive into market and client trends as well as our competition, analysing and evaluating every step of the way to gain key insights.
- Turning data into action, you’ll produce management-ready insights and engaging dashboards and presentations, helping senior management make strategic decisions.
- Using your understanding of clients’ needs, you help shape new products and turn ideas into live banking products: From defining requirements to mapping client journeys you join and support your team in every step of our product development.
- In addition, you’ll support our Sales teams bring products to clients by preparing product documentation, process descriptions and sales enablement materials that are both engaging and easy to understand.
- And of course you’re passionate about digital innovation. That’s why you ask questions at every turn and identify use cases where new technologies, automation and AI help us improve client experience, scalability and efficiency.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology with an analytical focus, or similar or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master studies
- Skilled in MS Excel; Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven business models
- Structured and independent way of working with a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to contribute to shaping the world of tomorrow
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
- Available for 6 Months starting December (please specify the exact time period incl. start date in the cover letter)
