Where required, you flexibly take on responsibility for further portfolios.In your day-to-day work, you skilfully handle a broad range of portfolio management activities, including refinancing, loan conditions, reviews, analyses, and monitoring, keep a close eye on market trends, and manage their effects on your portfolio at every stage.By implementing effective measures in capital allocation as well as portfolio management, you keep risks under control, optimise yields, and contribute your expertise to risk analyses or in-life management.You create and prepare high-quality loan applications and decision templates.
