What you will do
As part of the Partner Success team, you will work directly with Klarna’s key merchant partners to grow and optimize their business. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role with room to take on increasing responsibility and impact over time. Depending on your experience, you may lead strategic conversations, manage growth initiatives, or support execution across high-value accounts.
- Drive the success of Klarna’s top-tier enterprise and growth accounts.
- Shape and execute commercial initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and scalable value.
- Lead or support strategic conversations ranging from product rollouts and commercial renegotiations to business performance reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored partner solutions.
- Identify whitespace and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Use Klarna’s AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and elevate decision-making.
- Contribute to or lead long-term planning discussions, revenue forecasts, and operational improvements.
Who you are
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English .
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excited to work with Klarna’s AI tools and data-driven operating model.
For Mid-Level Candidates:
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Consulting, or Partner Support roles.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage projects with autonomy.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Motivation to grow into a strategic partner-facing role.
For Senior-Level Candidates:
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
Experience managing high-value partner relationships and complex commercial negotiations.
Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering domain-level impact.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business growth independently.
