AUFGABENGEBIET:

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the DACH region
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and objectives
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution presentations
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS, software, technology, IT services, or a related sector
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong business development and consultative sales skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluent German and professional English language skills
