Senior Clinical Research Associate
Senior Clinical Research Associate role at ICON in Frankfurt overseeing clinical trial monitoring and site management. The position requires extensive CRA experience, fluency in German and English, and the ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection and reporting accuracy
- Train and guide site staff and other CRAs on trial conduct standards
- Build relationships with site personnel to ensure successful trial execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Fluent in German and proficient English
- Extensive experience as Clinical Research Associate
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and clinical trial software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
