Two brands - endless possibilities!Your key responsibilities include:
Lead the Sales & Marketing department for both the Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel and the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference CenterManage the reactive and proactive sales teams, the reservations team, and the marketing & communications functions - with approx. 25 direct reportsMotivate your team in daily operations to achieve hotel goals and take full responsibility for reaching sales targets and revenue objectivesDevelop sales goals and strategies aligned with Marriott International's business strategyEvaluate distribution channels and build strong client relationships to proactively position and market the dual-brand hotelManage the marketing budget to support the development of campaigns, promotions, and materials that drive revenue and meet property goalsCollaborate with regional marketing communications to implement regional and (inter)national promotionsDevelop and implement product and service strategies that exceed brand and guest expectations while delivering profitability for ownership and Marriott InternationalTake on additional responsibilities such as Manager on Duty shiftsReport directly to the General Manager and be part of the Executive CommitteeBe able.
Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or MarketingAt least 2 years of experience in a comparable Sales & Marketing leadership role within corporate hospitality, ideally in the Frankfurt marketProven leadership and team management skillsStrong proficiency in MS Office programsGoal- and results-oriented mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and strong organizational talentAs a coach to a motivated team, you know how to support and challenge individuals effectivelyFluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusYour communicative personality, positive energy, and professional presence set you apartBe connected.We're excited to hear from you!
