National Sales Manager (m/w/d) Germany

This role is responsible for driving commercial growth, developing and executing market strategies, and building a high-performing sales culture. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and deliver strong business results while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and management to the German sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.Coach, support, and develop the sales team to foster a high-performing culture.Monitor key performance indicators, implement corrective actions, and track success against targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, technical support, and customer service, to meet business goals and customer needs.Define sales strategies in partnership with the General Manager and contribute to budget planning.Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify risks and growth opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic partners.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, and ethical standards, as well as company policies.Exhibit professional behavior aligned with organizational values and vision.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Key Skills and Requirements:Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.Demonstrated success in sales management, including leading teams and achieving targets.Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system and market dynamics.Analytical and structured approach to business challenges, with project management experience preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Fluent in German and English.
