Executive Assistant

Hauser Recruiting is delighted to be supporting a leading global investment bank with impressive, modern offices in Frankfurt’s Bankenviertel.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (m/w/d) with experience in international investment banking or a similarly demanding professional services environment. If you enjoy operating at pace, coordinating complex schedules and supporting senior leaders who work across multiple time zones, this role will suit you perfectly.

You will work closely with the Global Managing Director, who travels extensively worldwide and requires an EA who can stay several steps ahead — managing an intricate diary, safeguarding his time, and ensuring he is fully prepared for every meeting and trip. You will also provide additional support to the Head of Investment Banking, helping to maintain smooth coordination across both leaders’ priorities.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely thrives on high‑volume calendar management, shifting priorities and making confident, proactive decisions. You will be a key figure in keeping global workflows running without interruption — often navigating logistical challenges that require creativity and composure.

You will liaise with senior stakeholders & C-Suite Clients worldwide. The environment is international, fast‑moving and collaborative, and the EA team is known for its professionalism and strong contribution to the bank’s success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing a highly complex global calendar
• Organising detailed international and domestic travel schedules
• Preparing accurate expense records
• Acting as a confident gatekeeper and managing communication flows
• Coordinating communication across global teams and external partners
• Assisting with special projects and supporting event organisation
• Providing reliable backup and partnership to fellow EAs

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in investment banking, investment firms or global consultancies
• Excellent judgement, priority management and decision‑making skills
• Fluent German and advanced English communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
