The Opportunity :The firm need to hire an associate for their EU team, undertaking predominantly regulatory work. The hire is motivated both by previously mentioned growth ambitions and an increasing case load for the team.You will:

• Deal with all matters pertaining to EU Regulatory law as guided by more senior colleagues where appropriate;
• Provide advice on EU regulations as they pertain to corporate transactions of the firm's activity;
• Provide regulatory advice on related corporate commercial matters as they arise; and
• Work closely with the partners in the team.

The Candidate :You will be a qualified EU Regulatory lawyer with between 1-6 years of relevant experience and be keen to grow your career whilst playing a key role in the overall growth strategy of the team and the firm.
