Electrical Project Manager - Data Centre Project

Frankfurt, Germany | Up to EUR 140,000 + accommodation + rotation flights | Full-time

The role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of the electrical package on a major data centre construction project in Frankfurt: from start-up meetings and technical submittals through construction, commissioning and handover. You'll be the bridge between your delivery teams, the main contractor and the client's site team, keeping the programme honest, the paperwork tight and the project moving.

What you'll be doing

• Owning the electrical scope from project start-up through to close-out
• Driving technical submittals through to approval and managing RFIs
• Running weekly progress reporting and controlling changes and variations
• Tracking labour, plant and materials so nothing stalls the job
• Coordinating deliveries of plant and equipment with site logistics
• Putting construction and commissioning programmes in place and executing them
• Chairing subcontractor meetings to keep delivery on schedule
• Running snag lists, quality improvements and the formal handover and document management process
• Feeding innovations and lessons learned back to senior management

What you'll need

• Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale projects
• Background in data centre, mission-critical, pharma, industrial or major commercial builds
• Strong grasp of LV/MV electrical systems
• A track record of delivering big projects and supervising teams
• The right to live and work in the EU without sponsorship (e.g. an EU passport) - required
• Construction or project management qualifications are a bonus, as is healthcare/hospital project exposure
