About the Role We are expanding our fiber-optic (FTTH) network infrastructure deployment and are looking to hire complete Civil Construction Teams / Kolonnen (m/w/d) or individual specialists to form new crews immediately.

If you are a functional team of experienced civil workers, or a highly skilled individual looking for a strong crew, we want you on board! Our teams primarily handle trenching, microduct/cable laying, machine operating, and surface restoration (paving).

Open Roles within the Team · Pavers / Civil Workers (Pflasterer / Tiefbaufacharbeiter) Professional surface restoration (asphalt, paving stones, slabs, and sidewalks) after laying cables.

Assisting with manual civil work, trench backfilling, and site preparation.

Your Tasks (Core Responsibilities) · Execution of conventional trenching and surface openings for FTTH network deployment.

· Laying sub-ducts (microducts) and fiber optic cables into trenches.

· Setting up and securing construction sites according to safety guidelines (RSA 21).

· Complete reinstatement of pathways, driveways, and road surfaces to their original condition.

· Basic care and daily maintenance of the assigned construction vehicles and machinery.

Your Profile · Proven experience in civil engineering, road construction, or cable line construction (Tiefbau, Straßenbau oder Kabelleitungstiefbau).

· For Drivers: Valid German/EU driver’s license class C/CE or C1E with Code 95.

· For Operators: Valid excavator/machinery license (Baggerführerschein) and experience with mini excavators.

· Ability to read basic construction/route drawings.

· Reliable, physically fit, and strong team players who prefer working outdoors.

· Basic communication skills in German (B1 preferred) or a clear understanding within the team.

· Valid work authorization in Germany.

· Experience working according to construction safety requirements (RSA 21 preferred) · Experience around underground utility infrastructure · Valid work authorization in Germany · Basic German communication skills (A2–B1 preferred) are required for daily site operations and safety compliance.

· English language skills are considered an advantage.

· Willingness to travel and work across different project regions in Germany when required.
