(Junior) Data Analyst / Data Engineer E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Your mission:

You help us make data-driven decisions the new normal.

• You build dashboards and KPI systems for e-commerce, marketing, and finance.
• You analyze traffic, conversion, and customer journey data and identify growth drivers.
• You connect data from the shop, CRM, marketing and app and help build clean, scalable data pipelines.
• You will be working on building our data and analytics infrastructure (including data warehouse).
• You automate reporting and data processes using Python, APIs, and AI tools.
• You translate data into clear insights for teams and management.

Here's how you can score points with us:

• Studies in the field of mathematics, computer science, data science or a comparable field
• First practical experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Data Engineering
• Good knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as initial experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Basic understanding of data integration, APIs and data structures
• Ideally, experience with statistics, experiments, or A/B testing.
• Initial contact with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) or e-commerce/marketing data
• Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and the ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way.
• Structured, independent work style and a desire to work with new tools & AI.
• Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
