Responsibilities:
- Manage cost and commercial aspects of large-scale data center construction projects
- Prepare, review, and manage tenders, contracts, and variations
- Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering
- Oversee subcontractor management, procurement, and payments
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to financial targets
- Work closely with project managers and directors to ensure commercial success
Skills/Must have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or industrial projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Data center or fast-track project experience advantageous
- EU Citizenship
- Fluent English (German language a bonus!)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-moving environments
Benefits:
- 10% car allowance
Salary:
- Up to €80,000 basic salary
