Job Description
Main objectives:
Attached to German entity and under the responsibility of the HRBP, you will contribute to the deployment of the group HR policy on a specific scope. Your missions will focus on the following aspects:
- Supporting management teams in the management of their teams, and employees in their issues:
- Individual: career management, training, mobility (functional, hierarchical, international), personal development
- And collective: deployment and management of annual and biannual interview campaigns, staff reviews, salary increase process, employee satisfaction surveys, training plan, etc.
- Recruitment and integration: Management of the entire recruitment process with the recruiting manager:
- Identification of the need, with the manager and according to the needs of the organization, sourcing of profiles, directly or via agencies, in collaboration with the recruitment manager
Conducting interviews, offerings to candidates and individual monitoring of onboarding
Integration of employees within the group and in the systems
Management of personnel administration in the area and participation in the supervision and validation of the payroll process in conjunction with the payroll and manager. As well as being responsible for the time tracking system.
Legal support in the area (support for managers on various legal issues and in disciplinary procedures, legal and regulatory monitoring)
Participation in cross-functional HR projects (HRMS, e-learning, internal communication)
Supporting of the Austrian HR team especially in recruitments and administration.
Qualifications
Education:
- You have completed a higher level of business education, ideally with a focus on HR.
Experience/Skills/Abilities:
- You also have work experience as an HR business partner or a comparable position.
- Your knowledge of labor law is at a very good level; coaching or trainer training is an advantage.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, a service orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- As an empathetic and independent personality, you have a hands-on mentality and the necessary negotiating skills.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, a structured and proactive way of working and a solution-oriented approach
- Savvy handling of IT systems and digital affinity
- German in at least C1 level
- Able to communicate fluently in English in a business setting (verbal & written)
