What You'll Do

You’ll support the IT Service Team in our Frankfurt office as a Working Student. You will help install and configure notebooks with Windows, macOS and smartphones with iOS and take care of the IT equipment in the offices and support videoconferences. You’ll perform organizational activities such as supporting repairs, database maintenance, and storage organization.

What You'll Bring

• You are currently enrolled at an institute of higher education.
• You communicate competently and professionally in German and have a good knowledge of English.
• You are familiar with Windows 10 and the major Microsoft Office applications
• You have an independent, conscientious, and structured working style.
• You are reliable and flexibly available.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service orientation.

Who You'll Work With

You will support the responsible IT managers on-site and work with them directly.
