Sales and E-commerce Manager (m/w/d)
Keen Games is an independent developer and publisher with a long history of developing games for PC, consoles, and handhelds. We are a 80+ strong team with ambitious goals.
In 2024 , we successfully released Enshrouded in Early Access and are now preparing for our 1.0 launch. For that and beyond we are seeking a Sales and E-commerce Manager to join our team. As the Sales and E-commerce Manager , you will own our revenue strategy , driving sales performance across all storefronts and e -commerce channel s. You'll collaborate with 1st -party platforms like Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo Store, as well as 3rd- party online retailers to drive traffic and revenue. Your expertise in sales and discount management, handlin g first- party tools, communications, data analytics, and consumer insights will be essential. Your primary goal is to capture the interest and demand of our international audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the global presence of Enshrouded.
Key Responsibilities:
Storefront Management: Take ownership of storefronts on platforms like Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo Store , as well as digital 3rd-party retailers , ensuring optimal visibility and performance.
Global Pricing: Monitor currency rates and adjust pricing strategies as needed to maximize sales across regions.
Discount Management: Design and execute discount strategies, including seasonal sales, bundle offers, and platform promotional events, to maximize revenue and drive unit sale s.
Sales Reporting: Create comprehensive sales reports for leadership, identifying key trends, performance drivers, and actionable insight s. Report to Head of Publishing and C-Level.
Develop our E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce campaigns in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager for release s, updates, DLCs, and sales events.
Platform Relations: Foster relationships with platform holders to enhance our visibility on their stores.
Merchandise store: Collaborate with an external partner to grow Enshrouded merchandise business.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in digital game publishing is required, along with a strong understanding of storefront management and digital distribution channels.
Experience selling products through third parties and tracking sales data.
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with platform holders.
Based in Central European Time zone (+/- 2hours)
We can employ you directly in Germany, via an Employer of Record elsewhere in the eligible time zone, or engage you as a contractor.
