Our client is seeking a proactive and adaptable Junior Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. With modern offices situated in a prime Frankfurt location, you will provide cover as and when required for Professionals to support in their everyday work, as well as providing the Assistant team with overall support for administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

The role provides a great foundation for learning and development as a Private Equity Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently in a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role, with previous experience working in a fast paced and international corporate environment. You will be working alongside a brilliant and friendly team of Executive Assistants.

THE ROLE

This role is fast paced supporting investment professionals within private equity.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive diary management, arranging meetings across multiple time zones
• Planning and organising of business travel
• Process expense claims and timesheets
• Assisting with preparing and editing reports and presentations
• Printing, copying and binding
• Data entry and management of company CRM system
• Supporting team & company projects, events and initiatives
• Holiday and absence cover

THE CANDIDATE

It is ideal that you have at least 2-3 years’ experience working as an Assistant in a fast-paced international environment. You will be a highly motivated, adaptable, and an organised team-player, whilst also possessing the following skills/experience:

• Fluent in both written and spoken German, and professional level English
• Excellent organisational skills and a true team player
• Professional and outgoing, service oriented
• Proactive and solution driven attitude
• Possesses integrity together with good judgement
• Comfortable in a fast paced and changing environment
• Willingness to learn with a flexible mindset
