Senior Associate Data Science - German speaking

As a Senior Associate, Data Science at Publicis Sapient in the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in our cutting-edge projects, focusing on customer intelligence, generative AI, language modeling, and personalization. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data science lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment. In this client-facing role, you will leverage your technical expertise in machine learning and cloud technologies while fostering a consulting mindset to contribute to internal and client-oriented- initiatives.

Your Impact

• Contribute to developing and implementing machine learning models, ensuring a high level of technical depth and proficiency in Python
• Apply ML engineering skills to enhance the efficiency of deploying models and systems to production, ensuring technical excellence throughout the process
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing data-driven solutions
• Contribute to creating value propositions and client proposals, showcasing the tangible business impact of our data science solutions

Your Skills & Experience

• Quantitative educational background, preferably in a field related to data science, e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar fields.
• a few years of full-time professional work experience in Data Science roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in machine learning, cloud technologies, SQL, and Python.
• Experience in collaborative development tools and practices, e.g. peer code reviews and version control (Git).
• Proven experience taking multiple data science models/systems into production.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to simplify complex analyses and make concrete recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• A demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Fluent in German (verbal and written, business environment, complex concepts) and English
