Job Title: Junior Site Manager/Engineer

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Junior Site Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage site activities and liaise with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Day-to-Day Site Operations : Oversee daily activities on site, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and comply with safety and quality standards.
• Estimate Time and Material Costs : Prepare and manage estimates for project timelines and material costs to maintain budget control.
• Organize Materials and Ensure Site Safety : Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensure the site is well-organized, and prioritize safety and cleanliness.
• Interpret and Approve Technical Drawings : Read, authorize, and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Plan Work Schedules : Develop and adjust work schedules as needed, clearly communicating any changes to crew members and clients.
• Data Gathering and Reporting : Gather project data, compile comprehensive reports, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance : Perform quality assurance checks and provide constructive feedback to the team and management to maintain high standards.
• Supervise and Motivate Team Members : Lead and supervise team members, monitor project timelines, and ensure quality work standards are met.
• Analyze Project Documentation : Review and analyze project documentation, identifying potential issues and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in Meetings : Attend and contribute to whiteboard meetings , Health and Safety meetings , Quality meetings , and coordination meetings to ensure alignment on project goals, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Educational Background : A degree in civil engineering or an equivalent field.
• Experience : A minimum of 3 years of site management experience in the construction industry.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Language Skills : Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous (German, Polish, Romanian, etc.).
