The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager – Treasury Solutions to join our growing sales organisation focused on the DACH region. In this role, you will support the expansion of our Treasury Management System (TMS) business by developing new opportunities within mid-market corporate clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This position is ideal for a sales professional with experience in B2B SaaS or financial technology who is looking to build expertise in treasury transformation solutions while working alongside experienced enterprise sales leaders.

About the Team

You will be part of a high-performing European sales team dedicated to delivering treasury and risk management solutions to corporate organisations. The team works closely with pre-sales consultants, product specialists, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure customers receive tailored solutions and a seamless buying experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification, development, and conversion of new business opportunities across mid-market corporates within the DACH region.
• Manage key stages of the sales process from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and other senior finance stakeholders.
• Position and articulate the value of FIS Treasury Management System (TMS) solutions to address client challenges and business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior sales executives and cross-functional teams to progress opportunities and achieve revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and opportunity management within CRM systems.
• Stay informed on treasury, cash management, and financial technology market trends, as well as competitor activities and treasury transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance sales culture across the region.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales to corporate clients.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling or supporting financial technology, treasury, banking, or related software solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling or supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS) .
• Understanding of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, or treasury workflows.
• Experience working with mid-market corporate organisations across the DACH region.
• Exposure to treasury transformation or finance digitisation initiatives.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is €80,000- €100,000 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process
