We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading global Food & Beverage company in the search for a Global Category Manager Third-Party Manufacturing .
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious procurement professional to take ownership of a strategically important category, working closely with Supply Chain and senior stakeholders across an international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Third-Party Manufacturing in line with Supply Chain and business priorities
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic 3PM partners
- Assess supplier capabilities, capacity and technology fit against business requirements
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract development and qualification processes
- Manage supplier onboarding, registration and master data within systems including SAP Ariba
- Lead supplier performance discussions and support the resolution of quality and operational escalations
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- 5 years' experience within Procurement, Supply Chain or Third-Party/Contract Manufacturing
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing strategic suppliers and complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Working knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4HANA (MM) and Ariba
- Fluent English is required; German would be advantageous
- FMCG or food and beverage industry experience
