YOUR MISSION

• Support the implementation of document management processes and working practices

• Perform inspections of documents under configuration control and verify consistency with documentation management tools

• Conduct monthly performance reviews of documentation and configuration management processes

• Support the preparation of and participate in meetings related to anomaly management and process improvement

• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, traceability, and compliance across documentation activities

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Experience in Information Management, Documentation Management, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, or similar disciplines

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat

• Practical experience with electronic documentation, information, configuration, and workflow management tools, preferably M-Files

• Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, AI-enabled information management solutions, and workflow automation tools is a plus

• Demonstrated service, customer, and team communication skills and mindset

• Additional cross-functional experience in areas such as IT, Human Resources, Recruitment, or other business functions would be considered a plus

• Strong communication skills in business-fluent English; German language skills would be considered an asset
