Director, Transaction Advisory Services

We’re looking for a Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt.Day to day responsibilities:Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervisionBe responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staffAdvise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issuesIdentify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationshipsManaging and contributing to further develop services for clients Essential Traits:Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fieldsBachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBAFinancial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyersCPA is strongly preferredDemonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skillsProven written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and ExcelFlexibility to travel, as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communitiesExperience working with diverse teamsAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
