As they expand their operations in Germany, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 180m hyper-scale data centre new build in Frankfurt. This major project forms part of a wider European technology infrastructure programme and represents a flagship scheme within the company’s continental portfolio.As the Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the full electrical scope of works from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Regional MEP Director, you will ensure all electrical systems are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical compliance within programme and budget parameters.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full electrical package on a large-scale hyper-scale data centre project
• Coordinate design development, procurement, and installation activities
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and adherence to specifications
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client standards, and industry best practice
• Plan and manage testing, inspection, and commissioning of all electrical systems
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless project integration
• Drive safety leadership and promote a culture of continuous improvement on site
• Provide leadership and technical direction to the electrical engineering and site delivery teamsRequirements
• 8+ years’ experience in large-scale electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or lead engineer role
• Proven experience delivering data centre, high-tech industrial, or mission-critical projects over 50M
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV distribution systems, generators, UPS, switchgear, and critical power infrastructure
• Understanding of EU construction standards, safety regulations, and commissioning processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
