Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Management Expert to lead, develop, and expand strategic Aerospace accounts across Europe, with a special focus on Contract Logistics (CL) solutions. In this role, you will own and strengthen CEVA's relationships with major Aerospace customers, driving growth across the Contract Logistics business while identifying opportunities to leverage CEVA's broader portfolio of services.
As a senior account leader, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability within your assigned accounts. This is an active sales and business development role requiring deep knowledge of the Aerospace industry, supply chain solutions, and complex customer environments.
What are you going to do?
- Build and strengthen executive relationships with key decision-makers and C-level stakeholders across assigned Aerospace accounts and their European operations.
- Lead account growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer pipelines, and driving commercial negotiations aligned with CEVA's Contract Logistics strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including growth objectives, customer engagement strategies, opportunity prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Drive account profitability by managing commercial performance, supporting contract renewals, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Promote innovative Contract Logistics solutions tailored to Aerospace customers, including warehousing, inventory management, value-added services, production logistics, spare parts logistics, and integrated supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Solution Design, Product Development, Business Development, and regional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
- Act as CEVA's trusted advisor for assigned Aerospace customers, providing expertise on supply chain optimization, logistics transformation, and Contract Logistics best practices.
- Support strategic initiatives and tender activities by coordinating internal resources and leading customer-facing engagements throughout the sales cycle.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Global Account Management, or Business Development within the Aerospace industry.
- Strong Contract Logistics background, with a proven track record of developing and growing complex customer relationships in warehousing and supply chain solutions.
- Deep understanding of Aerospace supply chains, including OEMs, MRO providers, aviation suppliers, spare parts logistics, and aftermarket services.
- Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, contract management, and account growth strategies.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and C-level stakeholders in multinational organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across complex organizations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams in an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
