Project & Operations Management Internship (gn)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

ATworld is scaling rapidly. We are seeking self-driven and purpose-oriented interns to support our Co-Founders in shaping the future of flexible workspaces and hospitality services.

This role blends project management and operations, helping us to launch new locations, onboard partners, and deliver an exceptional experience to our tenants and members.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Coordination : Create and manage project plans, document meetings, and ensure action items are completed on time.
• Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate with trusted partners such as Dean & David, Andraschko, and La Marzocco to ensure smooth project execution and workspace openings.
• Team Recruitment : Support the Co-Founders in identifying and onboarding new operational team members.
• Process Improvement : Optimize our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for running flexible workspaces and hospitality spaces efficiently.
• Community Engagement: Help curate and coordinate an exciting event calendar across all locations to foster tenant and community connections.
• Service Partner Onboarding : Assist the product team with integrating new service partners into our ecosystem.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to challenge the status quo.
