Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Managing and expanding institutional corporate coverage with a defined focus on treasury, pension and liquidity related topics
• Identifying and developing business opportunities by systematically analysing client needs, priorities and decision drivers
• Contributing to sustainable revenue growth through targeted and documented sales activities across the client lifecycle
• Ensuring a consistently professional and credible representation of BNP Paribas AM in all senior client interactions
• Coordinating internal (product specialist) teams covering the same corporate clients to ensure a consistent and aligned client approach
• Proposing improvements proactively to enhance coverage quality, client relevance, and cross team collaboration

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field
• Longterm experience in institutional sales / corporate treasury / advisory / asset management or a comparable environment with regular exposure to corporate clients
• Client centric mindset, with the ability to prioritise client needs and align them with internal capabilities and commercial objectives
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities, enabling structured coverage planning, pipeline management and disciplined follow-through
• Full professional fluency in German and English (C1 Level required), French is preferred but not mandatory
