Endpoint Consultant Engineer

We are looking for a Fortinet Endpoint Consultant Engineer to deploy, manage, and support Fortinet endpoint security solutions for our customers. This role is focused on customer endpoint protection deployments, fine-tuning policy enforcement, threat detection, and response.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, integrate and support Fortinet endpoint security solutionsBasic troubleshooting on the core Fortinet productsConfigure endpoint agents, fine-tune security policies, monitor endpoint alerts for IOCsTrain customers on security event response playbooks, notifications, and remediationTune endpoint security policies to improve threat detectionIntegrate endpoint solutions with other standards-based technologies including ADS, SAML, MFA TokensProvide technical guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendationsSupport upgrades, configuration audits, and ongoing endpoint notificationsSetup event notifications to SIEM, SR Ticketing, and other SOC servicesRequired QualificationsStrong problem solving/debugging, highly organized and proactive customer-facing skillsExperience with security products -firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, EDR, SIEMStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Kerberos, NTLM, CryptographyModern security concepts IPSEC VPN, ZTNA, CASB, URL Web Filtering, etc.Deep working knowledge of operating systems -- Windows, OSX, LinuxHands on with on-prem deployments including web tier, middleware, and ElasticsearchHands-on experience with virtualization technologies and Docker containerization in real-world environments.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with FortiGuard, MITRE Attack, CISA Fortinet Certifications (NSE 5+)CCNA, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, GCP Security Engineer, Azure Security Engineer Experience in a consulting, MSSP or enterprise security complianceBachelor's of Science DegreeExperience with security event and/or network monitoring: FortiAnalyzer, FortiMonitor, Zabbix#LI-HybridFortinet makes possible a digital world that we can always trust through its mission to protect people, devices, and data everywhere.
