Your role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to lead, grow, and manage key defence accounts in Germany, driving success across all CEVA business lines. You will own the total CEVA European business relationship with major defence players, responsible for cultivating new opportunities while retaining and expanding existing business. This is an active selling role demanding strategic account leadership and deep expertise in the Aerospace & Defence sector.

What are you going to do?

• Build and expand C-level relationships with executives and decision-makers across assigned defence accounts and their global business units.
• Lead European account strategies, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with CEVA’s commercial and operational goals.
• Drive account profitability by managing P&L, accounts receivable, and ROI considerations for new ventures, while ensuring compliance with legal and commercial frameworks.
• Develop and execute account plans—including growth targets, opportunity prioritization, and resource allocation—with buy-in from BD Sector leaders and Executive Sponsors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, OKAM, Local BD) to deliver innovative, seamless supply chain solutions tailored to defence logistics.
• Act as CEVA’s senior point of contact for assigned accounts, providing expertise in A&D supply chain strategies, business development, and impeccable execution.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven track record (5+ years) in senior global account leadership within the defence sector, with 10+ years in relationship management and commercial negotiations.
• Deep expertise in defence logistics, multi-national account management, and Aerospace & Defence industry dynamics.
• C-level engagement experience, with superior communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive results.
• Strategic mindset—able to match customer needs with CEVA’s intellectual capital and operational capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus); strong cultural awareness and ability to manage multicultural, virtual teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree advantageous.
