Senior Software Engineer - Identity solutions (onsite Frankfurt or Berlin)

Your mission

Our team belongs to the leading experts in the area of Digital Identity Wallets in Europe. Companies and organizations worldwide approach us to work with us. With us, you don't just develop any code. Instead you work on brand new protocols and help to shape our digital future.

Your tasks will include

• Planning and development of new solutions for digitally verifiable credentials
• Assist in project planning and estimation based on technical considerations
• Design and implementation of scalable software architectures
• Deployment, operation and monitoring of our software solutions
• Technical support and onboarding of our customers
• Becoming an expert in your field and keeping track of technological trends

Your profile

You should apply if you

• You have already gained extensive experience in building scalable and secure software products with web technologies
• You demonstrate initiative, enjoy interacting with people, and are ready to take on responsibility
• You are an expert programmer versatile in at least one modern programming language, ideally you have experience with Spring and Kotlin
• You know how to deploy your containerized software in the cloud using Kubernetes and Helm and ideally you are familiar with Azure
• You know how to establish and improve a continuous delivery process
• You are fluent in English and you are proficient in German
• Ideally, you already have experience with Verifiable Credentials, EIDAS, OpenID standards, and ID-Wallets, and you have a passion for digital identity

• Only can work remotely - we want to meet in person at least 1-2 times a week
• Not based in Germany
• Not yet allowed to work in Germany
