Project Manager
Your mission
Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT environment? In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, especially within the German market and ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities would be:- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery
- Lead and coordinate project teams and consultants
- Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting
- Ensure projects run smoothly and achieve agreed objectives
- Manage risks, changes and complex stakeholder situations
- Build and maintain strong , long-term customer relationships
- Oversee budget tracking and invoicing
- Contribute to improving ways of working and agile practices
Your profile
Must-haves:
- Several years (approx. 5+ years) of experience in IT project management
- Proven e xperience working in a SaaS environment
- Strong ability to manage projects independently with high ownership
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English (mandatory), Finnish and Swedish is a bonus
- Experience working with common PM frameworks ( e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)
- Experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement
- You take full ownership and work autonomously while collaborating while collaborating effectively
- You remain calm and solution-oriented in complex or challenging situations
- You balance customer expectations, delivery quality, and business goals
- You are motivated to improve processes and ways of working
