Sales Representative Commercial (m/f/d) - Eastern Germany

We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative Commercial (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date and take responsibility for the sales territory covering Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and Saxony-Anhalt .

This position is aimed at both experienced sales professionals from the automotive and commercial vehicle industries as well as successful candidates from the retail or trade sector who are eager to bring their sales expertise and customer-focused approach to a dynamic market environment.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Implement the Fleetcare strategy, including Bandag retreading solutions and innovative service offerings across the assigned territory.

• Acquire new customers while building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships.

• Present tailored concepts, products, and analytical findings to customers and distribution partners.

• Take responsibility for sales volume and revenue planning in line with business objectives.

• Conduct product, application, and Fleetcare training sessions.

• Manage and further develop existing fleet and distribution partner relationships.

• Represent Bridgestone at trade fairs, industry events, and customer gatherings.

• Conduct tire tests, fleet analyses, and Fleet Checks, including proper documentation and reporting.

• Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant insights with stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and analyses on business performance within the assigned sales territory.

Required Qualifications and Professional Experience

Education, Master’s degree, other certifications:

• Completed commercial or technical qualification with a strong understanding of business and commercial principles.

Professional Experience:

• Several years of sales or field sales experience, ideally within the automotive, commercial vehicle, transportation, or trade sectors.

• Proven experience in managing and developing customer and partner networks.

• Knowledge of truck tires, fleet management, or comparable technical products is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Candidates with a strong background in the trade/retail sector and a proven track record of sales success are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong analytical skills with a confident approach to working with data and figures.

• Excellent knowledge of CRM systems.

Language Skills:

• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills are required.
