About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an established German cloud solutions provider to find an Account Manager IT / Cloud who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and helping businesses adopt modern Microsoft cloud technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing sales team focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions for companies across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of business customers, IT partners, and resellers.

• Advise decision-makers on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions.

• Own the complete sales cycle, from understanding customer needs to contract negotiation and closing.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

• Work closely with Presales and Technical Consultants to design tailored customer solutions.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience selling IT, cloud, or software solutions.

• Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle.

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies; exposure to Azure or cybersecurity solutions is a plus.

• Basic understanding of subscription-based business models (MRR/ARR).

• Strong customer-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.

• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Very good German and good English language skills.
