Internship Product Management (Pflichtpraktikum) Sleep Products

Ever wondered why one pillow sells out while another sits on the shelf?

Liebscher & Bracht is one of the largest health brands in the German-speaking world. We develop and sell physical sleep products (pillows and mattresses) that help millions of people sleep better, and every pricing and assortment decision behind them is backed by real market work, not guesswork. We're looking for a driven student who wants to own that work, not just support it.

What you'll do:

• You design commercial market tests for our sleep products, like figuring out which pillow fits which sales channel, and see them through from idea to execution.

• You research competitors, trends, and pricing in the sleep category, and talk directly with customers to bring their perspective into the team.

• You own pricing and assortment analysis for pillows and mattresses, turning numbers into real decisions.

• You work closely with Tech, Customer Insights, and Marketing, and get a real feel for how a product category comes together.

• You help prepare and co-run workshops with the team.

• You document how we actually work, so that knowledge stays with the team instead of just in people's heads.

What you can expect:

• Compensation: 1.200 € per month

What we're looking for:

• You are currently studying Business, Marketing, International Management, or a comparable program.

• You are available for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) of at least 5 months, full-time.

• You think analytically and enjoy turning data into a clear recommendation, not just a slide.

• You take initiative: when you spot a gap, you fill it instead of waiting to be told.

• You communicate confidently and aren't afraid to challenge ideas, even with senior colleagues.

• Fluent German (written and spoken), English is a bonus
