Join our team and let’s create the future together!Your tasks You lead and manage large and complex IT projects, primarily in an agile project environment (on-site, remote, hybrid) , and, together with our sales and service managers, actively contribute to strengthening our client relationships.You organize and coordinate the collaboration of interdisciplinary, distributed teams, e.g. in the areas of software engineering, quality management or design.You record and specify customer and system requirements and translate these into structured project and requirements documentation (e.g. backlogs, process models, etc.).You design and moderate workshops in direct exchange with our customers.You take on active expectation and risk management and are responsible for budget and resource planning.
