On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Senior Financial Crime Specialist (m/f/d) for the Frankfurt am Main location.

Our client is an internationally active financial institution with a strong presence across global markets. In this role, you will contribute to the assessment and management of regulatory and business-related risks while working closely with various stakeholders in an international environment.

Aufgabengebiet

• Review and assess complex client and business-related matters from a risk and compliance perspective
• Conduct in-depth reviews and investigations in higher-risk situations
• Analyze client information, corporate structures and relevant documentation
• Perform reputational and background research to support risk assessments
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance-related topics
• Support the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures and control frameworks
• Prepare risk assessments and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing governance, risk and control processes
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders across various business functions

Anforderungsprofil

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related discipline
• Several years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs or a comparable environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles within the financial sector
• Experience evaluating complex client- or business-related matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured approach to work
• Ability to work independently and make sound risk-based judgments
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and international environment
• Business fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Portuguese language skills would be considered an advantage
• German language skills are welcome but not mandatory
• Interest in digital innovation, process optimization and emerging technologies
