CFO Advisory - Senior
We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our CFO Advisory team in Germany as a Senior. you will advise our clients in optimizing their finance function, processes and systems. You will work on a variety of assignments, such as:
Transformation and Digitization of the Finance Function
Performance Management, Dashboarding and Reporting
Strategic Planning / Budget
Cash Flow and Working Capital improvement
Post Merger Integration
Business Cases and Investor Readiness
You will contribute directly to the Eight Advisory success story:
You will mentor and train more junior colleagues
You will actively contribute to business development (both internal and external) with an entrepreneurial mindset
You will be encouraged to build your own network while delivering client engagements and by working on extracurricular projects such as networking events for young professionals or fun events for your peers
To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior to have :
A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
Between three to five year’s relevant professional experience in Finance, Consulting during which you have developed solid financial, accounting or operational skills especially concerning the use of reporting and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME etc.)
An eager team player with an appetite for knowledge around the digitization in finance
An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
A good set of social and analytical skills and curious mindset
An eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment
You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in German and English
