Working Student - Global Procurement Services

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a working student starting in April 2026. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global procurement processes and develop skills in strategic sourcing and data analysis, Candidate will have the chance to work closely with industry professionals and contribute to impactful procurement initiatives. The West Park Global Procurement Program was initiated in 2011 to support Triton Portfolio Companies in the process of value creation by focusing primarily on Indirect Material Categories. Our Procurement Program works on several strategic procurement initiatives with a spend volume of approximately Euro 3bn per year. Tasks:
- Close cooperation with the Head of Procurement as well as with the purchasing contact persons in the various international Triton Portfolio Companies
- Support in various group-wide tenders: Preparation of tender documents, execution of tender analyses, graphical preparation of analyses, participation in e-auctions, support during meetings with internal and external business partners
- Researching, structuring, reconciling and analyzing purchasing data for the Head of Procurement and Triton Portfolio Companies
- Working with and optimizing different internal (PowerBI, Excel) and external databases.
- Working student position, part-time 20 hours per week, starting immediately for max. 2 years
- Location: Frankfurt am Main, on-site only (no remote working)
- Experience in an international working environment - desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are required
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel: including Pivot, Macros; PowerPoint)
- Energetic and motivated to work in a dynamic environment
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Very good comprehension skills with regard to the tasks assigned as well as in the cooperation with colleagues in the team
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and helpfulness
- Ability to set priorities and work proactively
