Tasks

As a SCRUM MASTER for our team, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group.

• I am guiding as coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuously customer value

• I am driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions

• I work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed

• I enable high-performing product teams through strong facilitation and coaching

• I drive agile maturity and make performance measurable (velocity, flow time, OKRs)

• I ensure transparency on dependencies, risks, impediments — and resolve them early

• I optimize team setup, collaboration and ways of working

• I embed continuous improvement into daily operations

• I align teams with ART and organizational objectives

• I leverage Agile tooling to create clarity, scalability and efficiency

• I am an member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community

Requirements

• I have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile product environment

• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban and cross-functional team collaboration

• Solid understanding of digital product development and performance metrics

• I live the agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams

• Confidence in complex stakeholder and dependency management

• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban

• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it

• Fluency in English
