DATA ANALYST (f/m/d)

Your Role

As part of the Growth business, the Analytics team at 360T is at the forefront of our data strategy, envisioning and executing initiatives to unlock the potential of big data and analytics across the organisation. Â Our global team, consisting of data strategists, analysts & quants, collaborate with data engineers to harness technology, innovation, and modern data practices. As a  Data Analyst (f/m/d) , you will be the bridge connecting business, technology, and data.  You recognize data as a catalyst for innovation and digital transformation.  In this role, you will collaborate with partner teams across the firm, engage with C-suite stakeholders and interact with clients tackle complex business data challenges.  Your ability to create compelling visual storytelling will be crucial in turning data into actionable business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Data Visualization: create impactful data visualizations using Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks and Plotly Dash to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Insights & Recommendations: generate actionable insights from data analysis and present recommendations to improve business performance
• Data Automation: assist in optimizing internal data processes and workflows
• Data Collaboration & Empowerment: work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing data needs of internal partners & stakeholders, clients and regulatory bodies
• Stakeholder Management: build effective working relationships with key business stakeholders including C-suite executives, data engineers and other partners across the firm to achieve common data-driven goals and targets
• Continuous Improvement: stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization, and implement them to enhance 360T’s data capabilities

Your Profile

• Around 3 years’ experience as a data analyst in a buy or sell-side environment
• Provide a portfolio showcasing previous data visualization projects and analysis work
• Passionate about data: you understand the value of data and the benefits and commercial opportunities it offers
• Experience of business intelligence techniques including data modeling, data collection, data mining, data analysis, data visualization and best practicesÂ
• Self-starter: be eager to learn and have the drive and will to succeed
• Excellent communication and data-storytelling skills: use data to tell a story to both technical and business audiences
• Proficiency in data visualization tools or libraries such as Tableau, Power BI, Plotly Dash, D3, or equivalent
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related fieldÂ
• An understanding of how the Foreign Exchange market operates
• Nice to have: some experience working in a highly regulated environment and associated processes
• Nice to have: experience of big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) and machine learning
