We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Germany.

The role

The Sales Executive role will cover a wide range of sales activities, working closely with our Delivery and Success teams. The role is responsible for growing and nurturing the pipeline, developing new relationships and strategies to boost results. The Sales Executive will:

• Develop sales strategies and approaches for the car dealer market in Germany
• Identify potential clients and the decision makers within our target group
• Build and manage a solid sales network and pipeline
• Prospect for new clients and turn opportunities into increased business
• Convert leads pre-qualified by our BDR team into new clients
• Develop and execute new business proposals, deliver high-profile presentations to clients, negotiate and close deals
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Collaborate closely with the delivery and success teams

Requirements

Our ideal Sales Executive will have previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment and knowledge of the automotive or SaaS sector.

As well as:

• Native-level German and fluent English
• Well-organised, hands-on and proactive approach, able to work under pressure
• Team player attitude
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Confident, persuasive communication style and strong client-facing presence
• A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus

Work pattern and location

• Full-time, permanent
• Monday to Friday
• Field-based role
• Based in Munich or Frankfurt area
