The Market Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for service delivery monitoring and ensuring stable oversight over all processing topics relevant to CGME markets. This role requires a strong understanding of banking policies, outsourcing guidelines, and the ability to troubleshoot systemic issues while strengthening client relationships. **What you’ll do** Markets Operations Governance * **Service Delivery Monitoring:** Oversee and monitor service delivery for Markets within CGME to ensure stability and efficiency within Outsourcings. * **Process Oversight:** Maintain a stable oversight framework for the processing of all topics relevant to CGME markets. * **Process Execution:** Manage and execute regular routine processes to support daily operations. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure the quality and service level of all Markets Governance related functions. Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders, formulate a clear vision for resolution, and drive successful results. * **Troubleshooting:** Proactively troubleshoot and resolve systemic internal and client issues in connection with CGME Markets Ops. * **Client Support:** Support and strengthen client needs in an efficient, effective, and professional manner, including the handling of exceptional requests. * **Policy Adherence:** Apply a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and concepts across the bank’s processes to ensure all appropriate steps and controls are implemented. * **Stakeholder & Audit Support:** Support the Manager with internal and external requests, and provide support for internal and external audits. Tax Operations * **Process Stability:** Support the manager for a stable processing of all tax operations-relevant topics for CGME markets. * **Daily Execution:** Oversee the daily execution of all tax-related processes. * **Client On-boarding:** Ensure correct client tax set up within the on-boarding process. * **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot to resolve systemic issues for clients in connection with German tax treatment. * **Regulatory Implementation:** Support Management and other departments in the evaluation and implementation of new rules and guidelines. **What we’ll need from you** * Previous relevant experience required. * Experience with OTC Derivatives. * Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience **What we can offer you** By joining Citi Germany, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well.
