Therapeutic Analytics Lead, Clinical Trial Strategy (m/w/d)
IQVIA seeks an experienced clinical research professional to lead therapeutic strategy and analytics for complex global trials, with focus on APAC markets. The role combines data analysis, clinical expertise, and strategic planning to develop enrollment and site selection strategies, requiring fluency in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of country, site and patient enrollment strategies for complex global studies
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify optimal study delivery approaches
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Present strategies during client meetings and bid defense discussions
- Research therapeutic areas and clinical trial environments to inform study strategy
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research or clinical trials experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, biological sciences, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and drug development
- Data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in matrix, cross-functional environments
