Land Acquisition Manager – Solar & BESS
Drive the energy transition with a role that makes a real impact! Join a growing, innovative team shaping solar and battery projects across Germany and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and evaluate sites for solar parks and battery projects
Conduct feasibility studies and review approval requirements
Negotiate land acquisition contracts with owners and stakeholders
Collaborate with development, legal, and technical teams
Maintain relationships with authorities and project partners
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in land acquisition, negotiation, or real estate (renewable energy a plus)
Expertise in site assessment and evaluation
Strong communication skills in German (English a bonus)
GIS/CAD knowledge
Independent, assertive, and team-oriented
