Move with us for a better world! ## Your Role We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, customer-oriented Sales Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of developing and implementing an effective, sustainable local sales strategy. You will be responsible for planning and executing sales in the own sales segment and will be a critical member of the local leadership team. As a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. If you would like to work for a business leading the way in Wellness, with an immersive ethos and vision, incredibly passionate people, and products and solutions you can truly buy in to, then look no further! ## Your Impact * Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In) * Contribute to defining and implementing the local Marketing Plan * Hire, train and coach the Sales team, to ensure the right level of skills and competencies on products, processes and systems, building a comprehensive sales organization in line with the market potential of the own segment * Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rates and provide a reliable forecast * Guarantee the systematic use of the CRM to obtain a clean, up-to-date and complete database in terms of marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc. * Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leads * Lead the Sales team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Culture model * Guarantee continuous, proactive feedback from the market ## About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You should be a leader with strong organizational and analytical skills, curious, with no fear of crossing borders.
