Marketing Manager Germany

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with company objectives
• Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention
• Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and efficient execution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI
• Oversee local marketing agencies and media agencies, ensuring quality delivery, efficient media buying, and accountability

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry
• Experience working with a media agency on planning and buying offline media (OOH, TV, Press, Audio) OR direct experience working within a media agency focusing on traditional media buying
• Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing
• Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English
