IT Integration Project Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for an IT Integration Project Manager for GEODIS EUROPE/

The position holder will be working 2-3 days in a week in Weinheim, and 2-3 days in a week in Frankfurt. Fluency in Gemran is a must for the position.

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Preparing for monthly IT Integration SteerCo to overview the status of the integration,
• Organizing, facilitating and supporting assessments to feed the integration project plan,
• Implementing and managing the roadmap for integration based on inputs from other stakeholders within the project according to the business priorities,
• Animating weekly project point and pace actions to move forward,
• Ensuring all actions related to IT integration for ToF are progressing according to the project plan,
• Coordinating and/or contributing to technical activities with SME and Responsible of Services in GEODIS and other stakeholders, in synch with Infra PMO in ISSC and Head of Services in Group,
• Acting as a link with PMI Group - filling information needed by Global PMI Team for their status,
• Participating in scenario and solutions proposition once issue arises,

You bring along:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree from an IT or Business related field,
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT Project Management experience in the above-mentioned tasks in a matrix organization,
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, coupled with attention to details,
• Project management certification (i.e. Prince 2, Scrum, PMP or equivalent) would be an advantage,
• Fluent in English and German.
