Senior Project Manager DACH Region

Lead enterprise GPRC software implementations across the DACH region. Drive structured delivery, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure predictable project success in German and English.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver enterprise-level software projects for customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) .

You will manage full end-to-end solution delivery while serving as the main customer interface in both English and German , ensuring structured governance, commercial discipline, and predictable execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through go-live and handover to Customer Success.

• Identify and manage executive and operational stakeholders.

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, financials, and resource plans.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, Product).

• Track progress using established project methodologies.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

• Ensure compliance with Corporater’s project governance framework.

• Conduct steering committees, stakeholder meetings, and structured status reporting.

• Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, solution positioning, and effort estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 6–10 years of enterprise software or SaaS project management experience.

• Proven delivery success (on time, on scope, on budget).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional and internationally distributed teams.

• Experience in the GPRC domain is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously while maintaining focus on agreed priorities.

• Certification in recognized project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Agile, or similar) – required.

• Fluent English (required).

• Fluent German (required).

• EU residency / valid work authorization (required).
