Product Manager - Nutraceutical Innovation (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Product Management team , we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and commercially minded Product Manager (m/f/d) . In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and strengthening our nutraceutical product portfolio across the European market. This position combines strategic thinking, innovation, technical understanding, and commercial awareness and offers the opportunity to work in an international and highly cross-functional environment. You will contribute to Sirio Europe’s product and category direction and support our ambitious growth plans.

The position is based in our Frankfurt office , located on the 24th floor of the iconic MesseTurm, offering an impressive view over the Frankfurt skyline.

The Role/Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the European product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for assigned dosage format(s).
• Identify new product and formulation opportunities based on market trends, consumer insights, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure the portfolio remains innovative and differentiated, with formulations that are competitive and relevant to the European market.
• Lead cross-functional NPD projects from concept through commercialization, driving timelines, deliverables, and alignment across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Work closely with technical teams in Europe and China to translate market opportunities into technically feasible and commercially viable products.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to drive portfolio growth and revenue by supporting strategic customer opportunities and new product concepts.
• Represent the portfolio in customer meetings, innovation workshops, trade shows, and internal presentations.
• Act as the product expert for the commercial team, providing technical knowledge, product training, competitive insights, and sales support.
• Monitor portfolio performance and continuously identify opportunities to optimize, expand, or rationalize the range.

Profile/Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or another relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development, R&D, Technical Marketing, or a similar role within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
• Strong technical understanding of formulation and product development, ideally across gummies, softgels, tablets, powders, liquids, or other supplement delivery formats.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional NPD projects.
• Strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market and customer needs into successful product opportunities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with customers, senior stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Fluency in English is essential. Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and internal meetings.
