Your Responsibilities:

• Execute regional marketing plans that align with global and local strategies.
• Drive local demand generation through POS activation, events and trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with key customers in your region and our sales teams to identify market opportunities and support lead conversion.
• Build string relationships with customers in your region.
• Manage marketing materials to ensure efficient campaign execution.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning.
• Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing activities.
• Measure and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives to optimize ROI.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3–5 years specific experience in Visual Merchandising, Field Marketing or Trade Marketing in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, and event management.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking.
• Fluent in German.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed and work on weekends.
• Drivers license.
